How Do I Place An Order?
To place and order, simply click on the item (s) you would like to purchase and the quantity you require. These items will then be added to your shopping bag located at the top of our site where you can securely checkout using one of the payment methods available.
Can i cancel an order?
If you have placed an order online and would like to cancel, please do so by contacting us asap. You can either use our live chat service or email us with details on our contact page. Please do this as soon as possible, so we can issue a refund quickly and efficiently. If an order is processed and dispatched you will not be able to cancel the order and postage fees to return the item (s) will be incurred by you.
Payment & Shipping
Our recommended payment method is PayPal as it allows us to quickly and directly process your order. Once the order has been accepted we will keep you up to date on when your order will arrive. Please allow us 2-3 business days as we use Hermes and Royal Mail to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
International purchases will be posted using Royal Mail International or another appropriate service. Please allow 7-14 working days for this.
International Buyers
If you order from abroad, we strongly advise you to reach out using our live chat service, email or DM our instagram page @feistygoods to answer any further quieries about your purchase.
Where is my order?
As stated we will dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. If ordered after this time we will still endeavour to dispatch the same day as a gesture of goodwill, however please do not expect this as definite insurance that we will.
Any orders placed after 2pm are subject to the standard shipping service provided on our website. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days, for delivery within 2-3 days. Our orders will be sent out via Royal Mail or Hermes.
FEISTY GOODS will not be held responsible if either company is at fault for late delivery. We will endeavour to our best degree to locate your parcel and find out when it is expected to arrive.
FEISTY GOODS cannot therefore guarantee a date of when orders will arrive.
In the rare occasion you do not receive your order within the given time slot provided, please email or use the live chat service if available and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Promotions & coupons
If a discount code is available, you must enter this at checkout. Please note codes are case sensitive. Promotions and coupons are subject to change.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If for whatever reason you are not happy or have simply changed your mind, please note that items must be returned in an unused state, within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, you will be required to pay the postage for the return. Once we receive the items, we will then issue a refund. In the event the items are determined to have been used, we will return them to you and you will not be issued a refund.
How do i return a product (s)?

The postage cost to return anything will be paid by you the customer and we can advise on the best way to return if you contact us.
